Oreland Fire Company

Consider becoming a part of our team!

Daytime Active Members work in the township and are available to run fire calls with Oreland Volunteer Fire Company. These members are typically experienced firefighters that may belong to other fire companies in the area.

Active Members live in Oreland or within a close proximity. They are available to run calls when home. Active members are available Monday evenings to participate in training drills both in and outside the classroom.

Junior Members are aged 16 to 18 and live in Oreland or within a close proximity. They participate in all Monday evening training activities and are available to assist on fire calls. While Junior members are restricted from entry into burning buildings at fire calls, there is much work available for them to perform outside the building.

Applications can be picked up and submitted at the firehouse, located at 1500 Bruce Road.
